As the midterm election quickly approaches, time is running out to make sure we do everything we can to keep a Democrat in the Governor's office and send another Democrat to the Senate from PA. Voter turnout in Philadelphia will be key to these races — which means every door knocked, call made, and text sent is a chance to reach someone and have an impact on this election in a way you might not have expected. Here's how you can get involved to help our GOTV efforts:

Join us on Sunday, October 23 for a GOTV Day of Action in Port Richmond! We'll be meeting at 1pm, at Cohocksink Recreation Center (2901 Cedar St). Sign up in advance at this link so we can know how many volunteers to expect!

Knocking on doors and talking with neighbors about voting is the number one way to increase turnout for the election. Just make sure to bring a charged cell phone and comfortable shoes before you go! We also recommend downloading the MiniVan canvassing app beforehand, which we'll give you a quick training on before you get to your first door.
